  1. Sumsuch, Martyn doesn’t believe in free speech, his censorship antics make that very clear.

    • You could always start your own blog. That way you could devote every hour of your day in your campaign, and you could show everyone how much better you were of keeping track of things.
I’d give you a ‘like’ or two while nobody was watching if that would help

  2. I see our government is going to create a national significance vaccine policy. I will be really pissed of if the elite cricket players and more rich people whose wealth does not trickle down are given preference.
Cricket is an elite sports, cricket players are well enumerated many are professional sports people, cricket is an old boys network sports. Cricket gets the best sports fields and grounds in our country. There are huge inequities in sports when it comes to funds and resources, with sports like cricket getting more than there fair share. To make matter worse we have people not paying for MIQ yet we are hounded by the tax department to pay our taxes in this country. Womens sports is underfunded and still undervalued and sports played by so called minority groups receives even less of there fair share of the pie. This needs to change now.

    • Is this your Covid update [ping duhduh ping]

Hey what happened to fragile Maori bloodlines being included in the frontline of vaccination roll out? They seem to have been replaced by cricket stars and demigods who now require the protection according to the Bloomfield health order. Was the targeting of Maori just a temporary beat down, perhaps an appeal to the indigenous while at the same time exploiting fear of the other (two for one deal), like the government did with the South Auckland fiasco (the PM appealing for compassion for the evil Covid rule breakers while simultaneously pushing the media narrative in to overdrive).

Also why are frontline workers the priority group for vaccination and not the elderly? The NZ MOH website

      https://www.health.govt.nz/system/files/documents/pages/covid-19-vaccine-faqs-v2.pdf

states explicitly that ‘They don’t know’ if transmission of coronavirus is affected by vaccination so frontline workers could and probably will be spreading it anyway (do they actually become more dangerous to the community because they have covid antibodies/fragments in their system? What MOH do say though is that the use of PPE, testing and precautions must continue regardless of vaccination). Surely protecting the elderly is the only priority here, though I guess frontline staff could be used as the test subjects to see if there are bad reactions, as well as providing pharmaceutical data and statistics for this rapid vaccine development. The NZ MOH also need to come clean on the efficacy of the vaccine and state whether and when new vaccines will need to be administered such as yearly flu shots.

Also what happened to our privacy when it comes to health? It seems that our medical data used to be the holiest of personal information but now it is being placed in the hands of subcontractors, security guards, tech startups and incompetent government workers. Why are medical procedures such as nasal swab testing now treated as a factory production line or drive thru takeout (masquerading as religious sacrament, cultural virtue or just curiosity), out in the public for all to see? I heard Hipkins on the telly recently saying giant outdoor events venues may need to be set up to mass vaccinate large populations. I couldn’t help but think this sounded a bit like Jim Jones on his PA system calling his flock in. Or that other lot, bringing people in by train, telling people to move to this line or that, work will set you free if you can get it. Is this the future of health, mass medical procedures out in the open at a concert venue, medical records and doctor-patient privilege be damned, where everyone might not know your name but they know you are seeking medical advice?

    • Jacinda also just said that “…no one in NZ would want to stop Dr. Bloomfield from seeing some cricket”. So that’s that. The Queen of the hive mind says you must leave the bee box immediately! But do not despair, ejected BEe. Join my organisation of Crickets Against Cricket and Other Dumb Stuff (CACODS). It doesn’t have the ring of HART, but we have to do what we can with our cards. There are advantages to being in with the crickets. We don’t like cricket or hold Americas Cup races, or play golf, and our females are notoriously ruthless at choosing mates, so no need for militant feminism. Probably the best feature is we’re also excellent at forecasting the weather, so that’s the end of useless metservice forecasts!

  5. The Australian Minister Dutton is a nasty c.. t to call our people trash when many of them descend from convicts and when we have one of theirs sitting in our prison whose costs us millions and still costing us, bloody hypocrites. Then we have dopey Morrison saying they are open for business, clicking his fingers like a self righteous prick, does he expect us to jump.

  6. Here we go again ……….

On the bright side, the Ministry for Everything has finally come to realise there’s a different government in town and are, at times, trying to keep track of things – in their own incompetent kind of way, rather than acting as enablers.
And even its Labour Inspectorant is taking a few prosecutions when it gets a spare moment.
Rome wasn’t built in a day though eh chaps?
I suppose part of it could be down to the closure of Astoria – removing temptation from their extremely busy schedules
