Oh god it was painful to watch after tuning in after 10.30 pm. Where has all the intelligent input gone when we cared more about the stats , results than the media celebrities. TV3 was no better. I miss Colin James and the statistician Hugh Morton who was excellent at giving us a breakdown and analysing what the vote meant throughout the entire country. It used to be a great night no matter who was the government.
The articulation for political analysis was lost when both channels went to The Project and Seven Sharp. Remember the days of Holmes and Campbell live?
