One only needs to look at National and even its now current leaders to realise how bad and lowly a political party can demean itself to.
National has become the Party of Choice of Opportunistic and Self Serving actions over the so many years it has been in existence.
It will never change or improve i.e become a political party for the low income workers of New Zealand.
National is a bunch of rich people controlled and manipulated by rich people eg China.
To expect National to behave in any form of credibility, consideration especially towards the low income NZers is like expecting Bill English to donate back to the NZ taxpayers – $8million which was the amount the previous National government allocated towards a bridge in Bill English’s electorate – back to NZers after he disparagingly told us low income NZers that we are living beyond our means.. etc.etc.etc. And it’s like expecting Bill English, Gerry Brownlee, Nick Smith, Simon Bridge,, Paula Bennett, etc.etc.etc to walk through Middlemore Hospital whilst fecal matter was dripping down the walls during a past National government.
Many years ago a National Party supporter often boasted about election time of National MPs having to ‘shake hands with the great unwashed’ in order to get votes. I worked with that National Party supporter and so can confirm his words were not ‘hearsay from another source’.
I now wonder as to how long self-serving Mike Hosking will remain flavour of the month now that Bridges isn’t leader?

Get a grip National! At least try to play fair and honest! It’ll be hard for you, as you’re already tainted with this bunch of crooks, but at least try.
