Myself ,,, I have contacted some engineering people I know who work in fabrication,,, and directed them to Gordon Campbells timely article ,, Apart from helping out , with a bit of applied problem solving there could be some work for recession hit order books.
Which is also why testing needs to be ramped up ,,, a clear test is not a wasted test ,,, it shows who can be fit and suitable for work which will need to be done,,, or volunteer work.

The rubbish that is presented as news/current affairs on TVNZ/TV3 is the equivalent of the trashy women’s mags, (No Idea/Women’s Wankly,) fluff & puff, any resemblances to hard journalism has gone out the window a long time ago.
For comparison have a look on Utube at the ABC Four Corners/ Q & A /7-30 report for some real hard investigations, the Pollies have no place to hide on here, followed up by media watch on prime time television.The Ozzies are very lucky, we have a long way to go before we ever get that service in NZ.
We used to have it in NZ too but things have been dumbed down here since. Australia has also been dumbed down too & I think The Project here was cloned from an Aussie Show. Our Media has just imported cheap TV crap from overseas & replicated here similar to how we’ve been importing cheap Chinese crap. Chinese crap recently extended it’s reach to infect hollywood with crap ‘woke’ movies too.
