  1. Government organisations dishing out lazy justice…

What is wrong with Oranga Tamariki, and how the child protection laws are being used seemingly to make money and go after the ‘easy targets’ while the seriously violent men after repeated abuse are allowed to continue, torture a child over a period of time before killing them, and then upon release of prison allowed to do the same again to another family for years!

Wouldn’t it be normal that the convicted child killer or one who goes to hospital for serious injuries has supervised access to children for a lengthy period of time and the parents of the smacked child get a second chance with counselling and so forth before the child is uplifted? Also if the mother was the abusive one, why would the father get less access? It does not make any sense!

Maybe it’s about making money on the side, who knows with the dysfunction that seems to abound child legal decisions in NZ that do not seem fair or practical or safe for children but more available for those to ‘game’ the system and for organisations to make money.

    This case,

    vs this very disturbing case,

Child killer Benny Haerewa: released from prison, subjected new partner and children to years of violence

( Is it that the social workers are too scared to uplift from the seriously dangerous families and so leave the kids there to be abused as it is the easier thing to do??? )

Noticing it with other government organisations, aka they go after easy targets with a vengeance to get the numbers and the hard cases they just go, meh… commerce commission comes to mind and their cosy relationship to banks, petrol, electricity and supermarkets while whoop, whoop they go after teeny tiny companies with a lot less reading involved and small sums of money for very few people effected https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/114792003/auckland-business-accused-of-deleting-negative-facebook-comments

Likewise some of the police decisions on going after easy targets (illiterate Maori or those who actually admit their guilt) to go mad on conviction for, because those that afford a QC and will never plead guilty, are harder to get …

And the dysfunctional SFO, why worry about a few hundred thousand of fraud from the DHB’s – send that message that lining your CEO pockets is ok… https://thedailyblog.co.nz/2019/07/05/dave-macpherson-serious-fraud-office-sends-terrible-message-over-former-waikato-dhb-ceos-200k-ripoff/

Lazy Justice for sale again by the public sector!

  2. Another issue, of the above link is the consequences of NZ deregulated immigration policy where people come for overseas (in this case a Canadian gang member) have kids and then pretty much get the right to stay in NZ for the sake of the child of course, wink, wink) and then surprise, surprise, the relationship breaks up shortly after the child is born…

Not really a bright future to have so many children being born in these circumstances of duel resident and hostile parents to each other.

This issue, which of course the government is just burying, is creating massive strain on all the child resources, from schools, courts, health care, GP’s, immigration, justice, immunisation, and so forth… having a child in NZ is pretty much akin to receiving residency even if you are a criminal so it’s a great way to stay in NZ!

Then we have even more dysfunctional children being born in NZ to parents who are hostile and dysfunctional and use the child’s birth either intentionally or unintentionally to get benefits and be let off crimes and do crimes here (aka all the discharged without conviction or not being deported after their sentence) for the rest of their lives.
