Pity the Labour government and Greens are allowing this type of practices to happen under our laws.. and now the people have to take it to court themselves.
Wonder why productivity is so low. The ordinary folks have to spend all their time going to court over being roughshod by unethical practices popping up in NZ all the time, from employment/subcontractor laws to any development or resource consent being rubber stamped through and taking away more and more community amenity for someone else’s profit.
