  1. Jussie Smollett attack: looking increasingly like it was not a racist attack by Trump supporters but actually orchestrated by Smollett himself!

    Taking points from the left:-

1: It’s racist to even question Smollett, all Victims should be believed.

2: Don’t question Smollett’s actions, but analyse his reasoning for doing this (to show America that Trump is racist and this was his way of promoting this ‘fact’)

3: The Democrat senators, and the 2020 presidential candidates, will have to both defend Smollett and not condone his actions in the same breath.

  2. How is that transition to electric cars going?

“Mr Musk had already warned of a challenging period ahead when he wrote to employees this month to announce job cuts of 7 per cent. He said then that Tesla was targeting “a tiny profit” in the first quarter, which it would only make “with great difficulty, effort and some luck”.

A tax credit for electric cars is being phased out in the US, so without that, it seems to get tough again for Elon Musk and his electric car business.

How many electric cars are now on NZ roads, I wonder?

Any chance to reduce CO2 emissions? NOPE!
