It’s not time to make a change,
Just relax, take it easy
You’re still young, that’s your fault,
There’s so much you have to know
Find a girl, settle down,
If you want you can marry
Look at me, I am old, but I’m happy
I was once like you are now, and I know that it’s not easy,
To be calm when you’ve found something going on
But take your time, think a lot,
Why, think of everything you’ve got
For you will still be here tomorrow, but your dreams may not

  1. the 2019 hair-do smackdown: the tousled (deep inside i’m still really a teenager) middle-aged look vs. yr standard cropping favoured by the ageing fascists amongst us…

(they do so like that bristle-look..those fascists – i think it is ‘cos they do so like to bristle so much – those fascists – always able to find something real/imagined to bristle/fulminate about..)

  2. hooton: ‘you do realise matt – that we are both really on the same side – we both support the current neoliberal-model – and we have a common enemy in the soon-to-be-arriving radical green socialists – you do realise this ..don’t you..?..matt..?’

  3. hooton: ‘i would like to sing a song to you if i may – matthew..

i was born in a cross-fire hurricane – and i howled at my ma – in the driving rain’..

    but it’s alright now – in fact it’s a gas’…

(ahem..!..apologies for this outburst of entries – i blame the caffeine and the cannabis – myself..)

    • who hasn’t got them confused before..?…c’mon..!

and i be these ‘people’ you speak of…

      i was stoned …

(you try telling them apart then..!..they blur into one..if high enough.)
