What we have learned from the State Stasi Spying Scandal

The enormity of what the State has been doing when they didn’t think anyone was watching has been shocking.

From spying on those who have been sexually abused by the State so that MSD could stop their claims in Court, to Earthquake victims, to environmentalists, to Iwi , to beneficiaries, to political activism, the State has shown no mercy on anyone they see as a threat.

The level of illegal spying, the nature of it and the purposes for using it are breathtaking in their audacity.

The Left look at the State as the great leveller of unregulated Capitalism, but what if the State is part the bloody problem in crucifying the poorest and weakest amongst us?

Look at the abuse Housing NZ did to those they accused of smoking meth, look at the way Corrections needlessly kept 5000 inside prison over half a decade at a cost of half a billion dollars, look at how WINZ have locked over half of those on welfare into debt.

The problem is a neoliberal public service who are the biggest threat to us.

So ultimately, what have we learned?

It doesn’t matter how brilliantly Jacinda’s teeth dazzle when she throws us a smile and speaks bravely of the ‘politics of kindness’  because the truth is that the unaccountable faceless Wellington bureaucrat Stasi spying elites run this country, not the puppet masquerade of Government that keeps the sleepy hobbits distracted.

Our democracy is a hollow facade.

  1. All of this is self evidently correct. what remains to be seen is what is the present government going to do about it. Unless there are mass decapitations, it will become clear that they can do nothing because New Zealand is irredeemably lost.

    • As long as we fear short term consequences more than even worse long term, then we will do as we are told.

Until we are forced to wake up.

  2. The public service serves itself.
The Department of Conservation employed unlicensed security guards
one of whom assaulted a 69 year old observer at one of their poisoning operations, they then charged the pensioner with assault.

The Court established that Sturgeon was then dragged out of his car by a Department of Conservation guard and a scuffle ensued.

The security guard hired by the Department of Conservation did not have a current Certificate of Approval from the Security Licencing Authority and was untrained in ‘crowd control’. He works as a spray contractor for the Waikato Regional Council.“

    • They are aware, but they choose to rather cooperate with the Deep State, as confronting it may risk their career or even well being or lives.

  3. I was just talking to an old friend who just happened by.
My friend brought up the above very same subject.

We agreed on this simple truth.
NZ/AO isn’t ours. And by ‘ours’ I mean the people of NZ/AO have little, or no say at all when push comes to shove. We think we vote in different folk with different values but really? Rats are rats. No matter how the fur is combed.

The very laws that govern how we must live are blatantly flawed. We can see that and I think most people would agree that, that is the case. I know a law professor and he agrees. I know a district court judge and she agrees. I know a criminal defence lawyer and he agrees. I know a couple of cops and they agree. I know they agree because over the years that I’ve come to know those people in their various professions, I’ve asked them. I actually asked those people above blunt, simple questions to blunt, simple problems and I got blunt and simple answers back. No fucking around. Just the facts. Quick and fast.
We’re indeed being increasingly spied upon because those government fuckers are the ones with the secrets, not us. Let me be blunt about that. Our government is entirely bent. It’s been corrupted by wealthy elitists who stumbled upon easy money and to make sure that money flow continued to flow the elitists’ infiltrated our politics. And now, they must keep a watchful eye out for any disturbance to that dubious status quo. Including the likes of myself.
Our ‘government’ is in desperate straights because they never saw the internet coming and suddenly, like global warming, the unthinkable is becoming a reality. Our ‘ government’ is being holed by public scrutiny like never before and in such a damaging way. It’ll not be long now before the crooked old dung barge that we’ve come to believe was ours and for us in perpetuity is sinking like a solid concrete canoe.
And we will know just how close to the truth we’ll be getting when the rats begin to make a run for it. Or get seriously heavy and crush any dissent. As they do else where.
The difference here, however, is because we’re a relatively sophisticated audience to deal with, we require ever more sophisticated mechanisms to keep us sidelined in a warp of logical fallacies and fruity truisms.
I’m not really a facts kind of person. I prefer fantasy, fancy, frilly stuff and pretty things. I love the idea of Unicorns but not even Sir David Attenborough can find one to marvel at. Which is a great shame. I like hugs and cuddles, I like sport where everyone wins, I like howling V8’s ripping up the tar seal but I shouldn’t, I know that now.
Facts though, are where reality dwells and facts remind me, constantly, of why I prefer fantasy. Fuck reality! Give me a dream-like state any day of the week.
There’re facts, however, that we, and ‘They’, can’t run from.
NZ/AO = 25,000 sq km bigger than UK.
NZ/AO= arguably better resoursed than the UK re foods, fresh waters, and climate.
NZ/AO=4.7 million people according to the 2017 census. UK = quite a few more. ( 66.02 million (2017 in fact. )
Canterbury alone= 45,000 sq k. Same as Holland.
    Canterbury = 600,000 odd people. Holland = 17 million.
    NZ/AO = Broke as fuck.
What do we do best? We grow and export foods. Not exactly a difficult product to market, right? ( Fuck Dairy! Dairying is Swindlesville baby.)
We have bum holes. Bum holes need to poo. To get poos out the bum hole we need to eat. In order to eat? We must have foods in an on-going supply. Otherwise? We start to look funny, we start to smell funny and we no longer make good company around the TV of an evening.
I asked Lianne Dalziel, associate minister of finance at that time; “ Where’s our money then?” She replied “ I don’t know.”
Those are facts. No fucking Unicorns. Nor Unicorns fucking. ( Oh ! What a sight that’d be! Sparks! Twinkle! Sparkle! Pixie Dust! Then behold! A flying baby horse with a horn out it’s forehead. Amazing! )
