Corrections only gave me an hours notice of the AVL High Court callover at 9.30am today where Justice Lang would hear arguments from myself and the Crown on timetabling of disclosures and the Hearing on the “double bunking at Waikeria” case . There is a LOT of disclosure and they have been given until February 2019 to supply it to me . Justice WILL prevail in the end , notwithstanding any Corrections’ dirty tricks.
UPDATE
On Justice Paul Davison’s Minute last Friday in my “withheld mail” case against Corrections , where he gives the Crown ‘s lawyer Daniel Perkins to explain , by next Friday 19th October , why he has not complied ( twice ) with 2 agreed deadlines for Brief of Evidence .
The Registrar reminded Daniel Perkins on Wednesday of the deadline TODAY 5pm . As of yet , nothing has arrived . Perkins is on thin ice….
