  1. Peter ‘pooh’ Dunne this morning on Radio NZ said greens should go with national to cut out NZ First!!!!!!!

We all knew Dunne was ‘dung,

But now he wants to destroy the greens and NZ as well?????

    • Divide and rule tactics. dunne has never worked for NZ. He is a bought puppet much like douglas only with more guile.

      • How many times do I have to say it. For the umpteenth time it’s not divide and rule. It’s unite and rule. John Rangihau Snr noted the crowns tactics was not to unite and rule over a bunch of tribes that was already divided. The crowns tactics is to unite and rule and under MMP that’s exactly how the crown governs kiwi style.

        • When divisive arguments and only parts of the truth are presented along with lies, then opinions become more varied and so “divided” or more separated or less united.

The term “Divide and Rule” is well established in English and goes back a long way.

But that does not diminish your observation

          • It’s probably corporate NZ fucking with us. With the whole deciding who gets to work and who doesn’t get to work on private corporate land.

  2. Extract from The uk guardian re what will be in Corbyns speech tomorrow, closing the labour conference – sounds very close to home…
“The disregard for rampant inequality, the hollowing out of our public services, the disdain for the powerless and the poor have made our society more brutal and less caring,”
