I agree. The man was a genius. The year isn’t getting any better.
I liked the way others interpreted his songs. So many to choose but Nina Simone’s version of Suzanne is wonderful and this version of The Traitor by Martha Wainwright is btrilliant.

Cohen left , as must we all, and he left a wonderful legacy. Better than some stupid statue in a city square regaling how some idiot poked a few people with a pointy stick and then said ” All this ? Mine ! ”
Trump is a little fly. A $=riche little fly. What would he be without his cloak of lies? Nothing. He’s now the president of the USA. So what? It’s not like he was doing foreign aid work as a Dr, or was a farmer etc. So when Trump goes to The Great Darkness he’ll not have love to guide his spirit.

Today is Sunday. Go down to dress smart and buy a pair of nice Italian shoes. Worked for me.
