I heard from a birdie that NatZ have blackmailed Kiwirail to agree to build and pay for Key’s cycleway everywhere along kiwirail’s rail corridors before they receive the $190 Million for the next two years.
The first one is now being built north of Tauranga.
Government are blackmailing & interfering in a public owned Kiwirail SOE.
NatZ are pure criminals and should be tried for this.
