  1. How can we remember anything Cunliffe said when the TV and radio news wiped him off the map? When facebook sprang up with memes saying “I’m proud to be a man”? When even “National” radio poured scorn on him for taking a family holiday? How can we live with a government, elected by deception in 2011, through official smears and lies about Phil Goff, who would otherwise be Prime Minister, because we believed then that official information released about him was the truth? Surely an apology is not enough for betraying NZ democracy. An annulment and re-election of the 2011 result should be the least we demand.

    • Well done Bushie – remember this article well. Filth, corruption, dictatorship tactics, from John Key and his cabal of henchmen and women.

  2. What a shame David Cunliffe never performed like that when he was leader of the Labour Party.
The politicisation of the public service is a problem we are ignoring at our peril. It is distorting current policy for the worse, and will have long-term implications for the delivery of vital public services in the future.
So Mr Cunliffe’s next job (since Andrew Little won’t) is to tell us exactly what Labour will do to improve this state of affairs.

  3. Still no sign of the “F” word. When will we finally wake up to the fact that in a sham democracy the war cannot be won by voting? When defeat is assured, that’s when.

  4. Nice to see and hear a Labour MP speaking fire – more of this please, time to show anger and indignation and stop pissing around trying to be nice and non threatening.

  5. Thank goodness for social media – at least some will get to hear the truth. Ditch the TV, paper and (some radio) and gain knowledge online before ‘they’ immobilise that too!
