  1. The Harmful Digital Communications legislation aka *WE WILL COME AFTER YOU FOR SPEAKING OUT* will be used against any digital communication which dares criticize the status quo!

    What has been going on for some time now, prior to the passing of the HDC Bill/Legislation yesterday is, it has become noticeable digital print media seem to be blocking alternative opinions to those of its master, NatzKEY.

    I’d say this has been the *soft part* of what’s coming.

    State interference in media sources (Campbell Live, Native Affairs as prime examples) has had success removing voices of dissent, doing the job of holding government, its agencies and certain unethical business practices to account, which could be perceived to be “embarrassing” or “threatening” to NatzKEY and cronies. I’d also go so far as to say here, the passing of the HDC legislation will open the way for any politician, their minions, or unscrupulous business people, laying complaints against anyone they consider responsible for demanding accountability!

    Under the deceptive guise of “cyber bullying” NatzKEY will go after and punish anyone who dares speak out of turn, front up, tells the truth, blows the whistle etc etc. Nicky Hager falls into these categories, as do many of us through our private and public communications.

    TDB and likewise left wing blogs will be watched, if they aren’t already that is, having their right of free speech and alternative voice violated through fascist legislation!

    Our freedom of thought, speech and privacy are at stake here, through the law of democracy. The HDC legislation is only a short step away from our freedom of association being next on the list of eroded rights!

    We have to stand up and fight in any way we possibly can to rid ourselves of NatzKEY and the filth which clings to it!

    • +100…agree this is very disturbing if it is used in this way

      …however there is so much retrospective evidence against jonkey national and Slater and dirty politics and cyber bullying…and that these are the worst offenders of HDC directly and indirectly by a very long margin… that I think it will be very difficult to police

      …in fact a book should be written on the vicious bullying and innuendo and false accusations and slandering of David Cunliffe….not to mention Dotcom
