Headline: Collins must admit misleading Parliament
ACC Minister Judith Collins must front up and admit she has misled Parliament over ACC’s policy to stop paying compensation to clients who refused to fill in its privacy form, Labour’s ACC spokesperson Iain Lees-Galloway says.
“Judith Collins claimed Labour signed off on the policy to stop paying weekly compensation in 2006.
“However the evidence she provided did not back up her assertion. In fact it proved that in 2006 ACC’s policy was still to accept amendments and conditions for clients’ approval for ACC to gather information.
