So after grilling Judith Collins over her conflict of interest, Key’s golfing buddy, Party donor and owner of Judith Collins’ Husband’s business, Stone Shi gets invited to a dinner Key is hosting.
“The Cabinet Office actually is quite relaxed about it in the end,” says Mr Key. “Of course a person is going to walk around and say, ‘This is nice.’ You’re hardly ever going to walk into a business and say, ‘Thanks for the taste of your drink. By the way, it sucks.’ It’s just not the way it works.”
…meaning when John Key does it, it’s not a conflict of interest.
Where is the Taxpayer ‘Union’ on this? Or do they only pick on deaf MPs and Maori language providers?
TriKEY DicKEY indeed
