    • Am I right in thinking that Cunliffe seems to be taking aim at anyone to the left of Labour? If he truly aims for Labour to be the #1 party after the next election, he can only do that by taking out most of the Green vote, and most likely the Maori and Mana parties. I’ll take my hat off to him if he can achieve that, but he’ll be taking on some enemies if he does.

  1. I am waiting what LABOUR stands for, I am still damned waiting, and there has been NO stand on WELFARE, FFS!

They do not give a damn about sick and disabled being slammed and hammered, thrown off entitlements, and so forth, they support Dr David Bratt and Mansel Aylward, as there is NO signal that they do NOT, so who as a damned beneficiary would bother voting for light blue???

I am sick of all this shite, and while we rightfully blame Key, what is the damned motivation to vote for Labour then? I will NOT vote Labour, perhaps Greens or Mana, none else!

Labour also brought us this and have NOT distanced themselves from it – SHAME:

    • Marc

      I cannot agree more .

The welfare reforms are not social welfare the are social WARFARE.

i AM VOTING GREENS TILL I SEE SOME SOCIAL CONSCIENCE IN LABOUR.
I Have been a labour voter all my life so this decision has come about with the knowledge of how a young friend of mine has been treated as a diabetic.

    • Sadly, I have to agree. I was disappointed by the deep sea drilling stance, but with very strict regulations brought in, I could swallow that. BUT it has made me want to know what their other policies are sooner than later. Such as, 1.what Labour will do about the TPP if the worst happens and the philistines sign. 2.what will Labour do about the asset sales? Both halting and reversing them. 3.what will Labour do about the intrusive GCSB bill, will it be altered to give us back our privacy. For that matter will they look at any other laws that have been rushed through to suit nationals agenda 4.Will they pass laws to regulate against foreign ownership of NZ land.5. Last but not least how will Labour reverse the moves national has made against the poorest in our society.

  2. Labour and National were both first term Governments once.
A lot of voters forget that.

After thirty years of two bullies’ seesaw leadership spent systematically destroying every other item in the playground, this country deserves, nay, should demand better from its Government. It is time for New Zealand to find a new playground. It is time to bullrush the bullies.
