Ken is a medical cannabis user.
Ken’s elderly mother was home alone when the police subjected her to a warrent-less search of the home they share.
Ken has since been charged with cultivation, nine plants. First appearance will be before Waihi court on Wednesday the 15th January.
We will be there to support Ken from 9am on Wednesday
Come join us, you don’t have to use cannabis to support the human right of others to choose the best medicine for them.
Patients shouldn’t have to choose between suffering or being a criminal.
Free backyard camping available for outer towners, BYO everything,
Please no alcohol.
