Will the Crown also consider prosecuting the NZ Police for their farce investigation?

Should we be happy or not over the decision by Crown Law to take over the prosecution of John Banks and his ridiculous anonymous donations case?

Will the old boys network bungle the prosecution to let Banks slip off the hook? As a former Minister of Police, Banks seems to be given the kind of free pass of a Mafia Boss turning state witness.

While Crown Law are waking from their slumber, perhaps they could look at prosecuting the Police who initially decided not to charge Banks with gross negligence?

Beyond the farce of Banks not remembering a helicopter ride to Kim Dotcom’s mansion or receiving donations from SkyCity in envelopes marked with ‘SkyCity’ is the monstrous conflict of interest of Banks voting for the SkyCity Casino deal WHILE SkyCity are in a current Court action where their testimony is crucial to his innocence.

This isn’t just a conflict of interest, it’s a fully fledged battle of interest complete with its own war crimes and atrocities.

Banks is a political corpse whose pus ridden, maggot chewed credibility is as pleasant to smell as it is to vote for. There can be no tears when this tumor is finally napalmed.

  1. “should we be happy or not over the decision by Crown law to take over the prosecution of John Banks…?”
The result will confirm whether the State and Police are independent.
    I say they aren’t.

  2. Well at some stage of his political career, John Banks was minister of police wasn’t he? No doubt he made a few friends in the force during that time, who he was able to contact at a later date if need be. Enough said!

  3. Something sinister about the Crown wanting to take up the prosecution. An orchestrated effort by John Banks and his mates to dismiss the case.
