Peter Godfrey & Selwyn Manning deliver their weekly live bulletin Across The Ditch on 5AA Australia.

Across The Ditch with Selwyn Manning and Peter Godfrey was Recorded Live on 23/05/13.

Issue One: Peter and Selwyn discuss how the New Zealand Police Commissioner Peter Marshall has conditionally apologised for the way members of the remote Ruatoki community were apprehended and detained during supposed antiterror raids in 2007.

The commissioner said Police stand by their investigation but apologise to those who were intimidated and unnecessarily detained.

Issue Two: Also we are definitely in the tempestuous grip of winter – over 1000 lightening strikes were recorded around New Zealand within 24 hours on Wednesday. And on Tuesday there were waterspout tornadoes in South-West Auckland’s Manukau Harbour.

Across The Ditch broadcasts live weekly on 5AA Australia and webcasts on The Daily Blog and LiveNews.co.nz.
