Oh. No. He. Didn’t?

Aaron Gilmore refuses to resign from Parliament
National list MP Aaron Gilmore says he will not resign, in a clear sign of defiance of the wishes of the Prime Minister and his party hierarchy.

After attending Question Time today, Mr Gilmore would not stop to talk to media but when asked if he was going to resign, he said “no.”

He repeated it when asked again.

Oh. Yes. He. Did!

Gilmore’s resistance shows how vulnerable Key really is in terms of his one seat majority. Look for Winston to increasingly give Key that flirting certainty to allow the post 2014 election relationship to be able to become a full blown love affair.

What Gilmore has forced Key to do is consider Winston, and as NZ First gets squeezed out of a Labour/Green Government, watch them reposition to the center of National’s right.

Voters must know in 2014 that a vote for NZ First is a vote for National.

    • Agree Proscastinator. While the media obsesses about Aaron who-the-fuck-is-he Gilmore, you can be sure that the natz will be up to something that they would rather we don’t find out about.

      • Like passing draconian spying laws….without any checks from the corporate media.
How much do the editors of these media corporations get paid? Must be a lot to throw away their grand kids’ heritage.

Nah prolly bugger all of will be in Aotearoa long enough for their grandkids to develop ‘a kiwi heritage’.
These guys are the new nomads who move from nation to nation at the behest of their transnational corporate bosses.
Those that feel any patriotism ( many will be functional psychopaths) at all, will have directed their loyalty toward ‘the brand’ – NewsCorp, Fox, APN or whatever.
