Actually that poster is a misrepresentation. Those 11 days are guaranteed for Monday-Friday workers. For workers whose full time week includes the weekend, but not Mondays, the law changes nothing. They still get less than 11 public holidays a year.
Its very nice that some public holidays must be final to celebrate otherwise workers will suffer.
