The incredible Documentary Edge Festival is in its 10th year of bringing the best documentary films to NZ. The total meltdown of public broadcasting in NZ makes festivals like this more important than ever before and this years selections represent some of the best NZ and the world has to offer. Special mention need sot go to Druglawed, a brilliant doco on cannabis in NZ and the madness of prohibition, (I had a small role in the scripting of it, so excuse my enthusiasm).

Well , that’s nice if one lives in Auckland or Wellington. Why the Hell isn’t it coming to Dunedin at least? That really pisses me off. No wonder we’re so fucking dumb down here. Where the money comes from. Gggrrrrr !
