You and Nicky have done more for Journalism with this one book than the entire mainstream media have managed in almost 6 years of this Government’s rule. The matrix of corrupt power and influence you have exposed will echo through the halls of power forever.
You and your keen sense of justice are exactly what was needed. I understand the reasons why you have disappeared, but we hope you re-appear when you are needed again.
Dive deep comrade as the hounds are off the leash now, but the hounds are pretty stupid so you have a head start.

Would the Jason Ede emails have been published by now if he had given an exclusive to Sunday Star Times for example rather than just dumped to all journalists? They have obviously sunk without a trace or the media have been got to. Hope he sent them to the Guardian or WikiLeaks at least.

Given that the Otago Law School chap believes existing law covers news media using material like the whaledump archive in the public interest, and Slater’s injunction while failing to gag all media, was granted in a limited fashion for new releases only, AFTER the archive was passed on to MSM as Whaledump bowed out, then surely any relevant part of the whole archive can be revealed by news media as they see fit without Slater’s limited injunction applying?
